Twitter suspended @jbangdev and it took 60 days to get reactivated!
I created this landing page for twitter as Twitter decided to suspend @jbangdev before it even made a single tweet, follow or like. Luckily they eventually fixed it and @jbangdev is now live. Below is a timeline on the documented events - if you want to give kudos to Twitter do a tweet using this link.
Timeline
March 4th, 2020: I created @jbangdev twitter account when I knew I could get the domain jbang.dev. No tweets made as I needed to get the site up and running first.
May 22nd, 2020: I requested and completed a password reset. Same day I realized the account had been suspended. No email sent to my email on this. Submitted an appeal and asked to confirm email.
May 24nd, 2020: I confirmed the email on support case 0156196710. No response.
May 29th, 2020: jbang.dev launched with refereces to @jbangdev in hope it would be fixed soon.
June 14h, 2020: I confirm email again asking for updates. No response.
July 5th, 2020: I open new case, gets email stating its same as case 0156196710 with comment "We’ll continue our review with this information."
July 9th, 2020: Got tired of waiting thus putting this page up.
July 21st, 2020: Twitter reactivated the account after a ping from Red Hat social media contacts (Thank you!)
